Japanese Women's Initiative in the Bay Area

A community centered around women

connected to both the Bay Area and Japanese society.

Mission

We aim to build a community centered around women connected to the Bay Area and Japanese society, where members:

  • Support and encourage each other to advance their individual careers and lives.

  • Promote DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and foster innovation.

Activities

We host meetups every 2–3 months at Stanford University, featuring lectures and workshops. Based on participants' interests, we form teams and engage in activities both online and in person with an open participation style. Click here for event information.
