Co-President & COO

Since 2019, I’ve been based in Mountain View, raising two teenage sons.

At NEC X, a venture studio, I oversee startup support programs and lead marketing initiatives to grow the innovation ecosystem.

My involvement with JWIBA began as the planning lead for the first Summer Summit. Witnessing the real challenges faced by women in the JWIBA community motivated me to take on a deeper role in expanding the organization and supporting its members.

I'm passionate about learning new things and stepping into the unknown. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and perspectives, and discovering places I’ve never seen before. I’m especially interested in equity and aspire to help create an environment where everyone has a fair opportunity to take on new challenges. Traveling is my favorite pastime—I try to go somewhere new at least once a month.

Everyone’s experience with living abroad and building a career is different. But I believe that through shared understanding and mutual support, we can all take positive steps forward. I hope JWIBA continues to be a space where those connections can grow.
