In June 2022, I relocated to the Bay Area, where I co-founded JWIBA with friends I met in this new community. In August 2024, JWIBA officially became a nonprofit organization in the U.S.

At JWIBA, we’re creating a space where women in the Bay Area can connect, learn from one another, and empower each other. Through our activities, I hope to gently encourage women who dream of working overseas to take that first step forward.
