Recently, members of JWIBA appeared on a panel at the "Women in Japanese Business" class held at Stanford University!

During the panel, each panelist shared their career story and engaged in lively discussions with the participants about Japanese business culture and systems from a female perspective. We also introduced JWIBA's activities to support women's overseas experience, which attracted a lot of interest.

We will continue to work to support and advance women's careers!
