​The JWIBA Summer Summit 2025, now in its third year, is hosted by JWIBA (Japanese Women’s Initiative in the Bay Area), a community primarily supporting women connected to both the San Francisco Bay Area and Japanese society.

​This year’s theme, “Learn for Life, Update Yourself,” reflects the organizers’ strong desire to create a space to understand the transformation brought about by innovation and to reimagine what learning means for the future.

​With the rise of generative AI, diversified work styles, and the advent of the 100-year life, how can we continue to learn, adapt, and grow?

​Through the lenses of education, career, and personal development, this summit will explore insights and practical ideas for navigating change in uncertain times.
