To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, we held a joint event with Moon Creative Lab on March 11th!
First, JWIBA shared their findings and messages from the results of a survey on career development conducted last summer among Japanese expatriates in Silicon Valley.

In the panel discussion, the speakers shared the challenges they faced in their careers, the struggles they faced as women, and the mindsets they value in overcoming these challenges, encouraging women to live true to themselves and take on new challenges. There were lively questions from the audience, creating an atmosphere filled with energy to take a step forward.
The final networking session provided an opportunity for organizers, speakers, and participants to deepen their interactions and make new connections.

The networking session afterward facilitated meaningful interactions among organizers, speakers, and participants, leading to new connections.
